About Us
Three Relining Techniques for Every Application
UV — an ultraviolet light is used to cure the drag-in-place impregnated liner, suitable for pipes 150mm – 1000mm. LED — LED technology is suitable for smaller diameter pipes with quicker cure times, covering 70mm – 300mm. Inversion Lining — air is used to invert the liner and hot water or steam is used to cure it, suitable for longer lengths and all diameters.
Each technique is selected based on pipe diameter, length, condition, and access requirements to deliver the most effective and durable rehabilitation result.
- UV-cure systems — liner cured in under an hour
- LED-cure for smaller diameter pipes
- Inversion lining for longer lengths and all diameters
- Suitable for commercial, industrial, and civil pipelines

Our Services
Select Your Preferred Category
The blockage keeps coming back
Repeat blockages mean something was missed the first time. We jet the full line and inspect with CCTV to find the root cause — not just the symptom.
I need the pipe cleared without shutting down the site
Our truck-mounted systems work from above ground through existing access points. Most commercial jetting jobs are done in hours, not days.
The last mob couldn't tell me what was actually wrong
Every job gets CCTV footage and a written report. You see exactly what was inside your pipe and what condition it is in.
I need documentation for council or insurance
We provide timestamped footage, condition reports, and compliance documentation. Council, body corporate, or insurance — covered.
Efficient drain and sewer cleaning for councils and commercial networks. Removes blockages and restores flow.
Accurate diagnosis before any pipe work — honest, documented assessments every time.

Pipe relining is a modern no-dig technology that repairs damaged pipes from the inside. A resin-impregnated liner is inserted into the existing pipe and cured in place, creating a new structural pipe within the old one — without excavation.
PPT specialises in UV cure (ultraviolet light cures the liner, 150mm–1000mm), LED cure (LED technology for smaller pipes with faster cure times, 70mm–300mm), and inversion lining (air-inverted liner cured with hot water or steam, suitable for longer lengths and all diameters).
CIPP pipe relining typically lasts 50+ years depending on host pipe condition and operating environment. The cured liner creates a structural pipe-within-a-pipe that prevents further root intrusion, cracking, and water ingress.
PPT relines pipes from 70mm (LED cure) up to 1000mm+ (UV cure and inversion). The technique is selected based on pipe diameter, length, and condition.
Yes. Pipe relining is a no-dig technology that avoids open-cut excavation. The work is completed through existing access points, with no disruption to roads, footpaths, landscaping, or live infrastructure.
Yes. Every relining project includes pre-work and post-work CCTV inspection footage plus full compliance documentation. PPT operates under DBYD certification and Western Australian safety standards.
